We work closely with business Leaders to gain in-depth understanding of business issues; identify, analyze, and translate business needs into functional specifications

 

• Define user requirements via need assessments and leverage subject matter experts to design and implement effective skill-based training curriculum (ILT and eLearning) to drive end user adoption.
• Assess risks to project time, quality and scope and develop contingencies/ mitigation strategies with project stakeholders
• Manage all facets of technical projects to ensure deliverables are met within schedule, budget, and quality goals
• Document programs and specifications, streamlining workflow for future executions
• Ability to understand technical details and lead the team through HLD design walkthroughs
• Monitor, aggregate and communicate program status, details and reporting to all stakeholders
• Work cross-functionally with designers, software development engineers, quality assurance engineers, business development and product managers ensuring that all teams understand both strategy and goals
• Provide clear, concise and professional communication to external partners and effectively manage their deadlines and deliverables throughout a project
• Develop production schedules, best practices and training documentation for end-to-end campaign management and execution. Effectively manage projects through use of appropriate resources and processes, developing workflow steps, involving creative development, execution and production
• Contribute to the launch of by participating in user interface design, usability testing, requirements definition, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, and launch efforts
• Work in tandem with data migration teams, user acceptance testing teams, regression analysis  teams and Beta testing teams to drive aggressive go-live timeline.
• Facilitate ILT and virtual training sessions using presentations, demonstrations, exercises user guides,  process flows, job aids, cheat sheets, reference guides, etc.
• Create eLearning curriculum for LMS and Microsoft SharePoint 365 incorporating Articulate presenter, engage, and quizmaker eLearning modules and Camtasia microlearning videos using responsive design across multiple medias.
